Thank you for considering our school.
We cater for learners from grades R - 7.
School admissions for the 2024 school year
open on 13 March 2023 and close on 14 April 2023
APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP 1: Register and apply online on the WCED's admissions website. Use the link below:
STEP 2: Collect a supplementary application form from our school office.
STEP 3: Complete the supplementary application form. All supporting documents to be verified.
STEP 4: Submit the following in person to our school office in a plastic sleeve by the required closing date:
1) Hard-copy print out of your online application AND
2) Completed supplementary application form with all relevant supporting documents (that you collected from our school)
Please note that per WCED regulation, no application forms/supporting documents may be sent or received electronically.
APPLICATION TIMELINE
All public schools must adhere to the following timeline provided by the WCED:
13 March 2023: 2024 online applications open
14 April 2023: 2024 online applications close (any application after 14 April 2023 will be considered late)
From 29 May 2023: Parents informed of outcome via email
29 May - 19 June 2023: Parents must confirm or decline a place on the WCED admissions website as well as notify TKPS of your decision via email.
Any false or incorrect information submitted during the application process may result in your application being rejected and/or disqualified by the School’s Governing Body or the WCED.
