We cater for learners from Grades R - 7.

School Admissions for the 2025 school year

APPLICATIONS FOR GRADE R and 1

The online admission system is closed for new applications for Grade R and Grade 1.

You can, however, apply either at any one of the WCED Education District Offices or at our school.

APPLICATION PROCESS (Grade R and 1 Only)

STEP 1: Register and apply online on the WCED's admissions website. Use the link below:

STEP 2: Collect a supplementary application form from our school office.

STEP 3: Complete the supplementary application form. All supporting documents to be verified.

STEP 4: Submit the following in person to our school office in a plastic sleeve by the required closing date:

1) Hard-copy print out of your online application AND

2) Completed supplementary application form with all relevant supporting documents (that you collected from our school)

Please note that per WCED regulation, no application forms/supporting documents may be sent or received electronically.

TRANSFERS

Transfer requests for Grades 2-7 must be done via the school you wish to transfer to, and not online.

Transfer applications are to be done at the relevant school in which the parent/caregiver wishes to apply to or their nearest WCED office.

Parents or caregivers will be required to fill out the WCED application form, and submit to the school or the district office.

They will also be required to submit in the relevant supporting documentation:
- The last school report card;
- ID, birth certificate, passport, study permit or proof of application or police affidavit; and
- Proof of address or police affidavit.

Parents can drop off the application form and supporting documents directly at the school.

Any false or incorrect information submitted during the application process may result in your application being rejected and/or disqualified by the School’s Governing Body or the WCED.
