We cater for learners from Grades R - 7.
10 March to 14 April 2026
APPLICATIONS FOR GRADE R and 1
STEP 1: Register and apply online on the WCED's admissions website.
STEP 2: Collect a supplementary application form from our school office.
STEP 3: Complete the supplementary application form. All supporting documents to be verified.
STEP 4: Submit the following in person to our school office in a plastic sleeve by the required closing date:
1) Hard-copy print out of your online application AND
2) Completed supplementary application form with all relevant supporting documents (that you collected from our school)
Please note that per WCED regulation, no application forms/supporting documents may be sent or received electronically.
LEARNER TRANSFERS
Applications for transfer requests for Grades 2 - 7 open on 3 August 2026.
Transfer applications must be done online.
Parents or caregivers will be required to fill out the online form and submit the following relevant supporting documentation:

The last school report card;

ID, birth certificate, passport, study permit or proof of application or police affidavit; and
-
Proof of address or police affidavit.
